Ensure the educational resources necessary to provide a quality learning environment that is efficient, safe, and progressive and meets the needs of the students and the citizens in their quest for knowledge, life-long learning, and personal growth.
Public Works
Provide continual cost effective maintenance and upgrades of streets and public utilities to meet the service and capacity needs of the community.
Leisure, Library, Arts and Culture
Advance a well-rounded mix of local opportunities that educate and entertain through historic, cultural, informational, and artistic activities and facilities.
Traffic and Transportation
Facilitate an integrated multi-model transportation system allowing for safe and efficient movement from homes to places of work, education, shopping, and recreation, including pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
Health and Human Services
Encourage the development of health and human services programs and facilities by other agencies for all residents of Springboro.
Fiscal Responsibility
Establish a fiscally sound local government with budget control and focus on the strategic plans of the community. It will be a strong and diverse economic structure based on a friendly relationship and competitive tax environment.
Strategic Community Planning
Encourage a dynamic ongoing strategic planning process that provides continuous disciplined direction from a process, based on the cornerstone of community values.
